Short version: look after each other, leave the place as you found it, and talk to someone in a yellow vest if anything feels wrong.
Please do not bring
Glass of any kind, your own alcohol into the ticketed area, fireworks, drones, umbrellas with a point, or anything that could be used as a weapon. Bags larger than A4 are checked at the evening gate. Dogs are welcome on the free site on a lead, but not in the ticketed area after 20:00 — it gets too loud for them.
Children
The daytime programme is for everyone and children go free. The evening programme on the Main Square Stage is 16+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian; under-16s with a signed parental consent form may stay until 24:00. Wristbands with a phone number for small children are free at the info point — ask for one, they work.
If something happens
Festival staff wear yellow vests, security wear black, medics wear green. Any of them can help and all of them have a radio. The info point on the Main Square is the place to report a lost child, lost property or anything that worries you, and it is staffed whenever the site is open. We take harassment seriously and will remove people for it.
Weather
The festival runs in the rain. If the wind makes the stage roofs unsafe we stop the music, announce it from every stage and on the website, and start again when it is safe. In that case stay away from the stage towers and the market stalls and follow the staff. Tickets stay valid if a set is moved; refunds only if a whole evening is cancelled.
Photographs
Photographs and film are taken on site and may be used for festival publicity. If you would rather not appear, say so at the info point and we will note where you are.
