Yes, as long as the category has not sold out. Card payment works everywhere; there are no cash machines on the grounds, so bring some cash if you prefer it.
Come to the Info Point with the email address you booked with. We can look up the booking and reissue the code on the spot.
On foot, by bike or by public transport. The city centre is closed to traffic from Friday morning until Sunday night, and buses run a denser timetable across the whole weekend.
Not on the grounds. The multi-storey car parks at the edge of the centre stay open and are a ten to fifteen minute walk away. Your car park ticket also counts as a tram ticket on all three days.
Guarded bike parking at the north and south entrances, free of charge, from an hour before the programme starts until an hour after it ends.
Friday 17:00 to 01:00, Saturday 12:00 to 01:00, Sunday 12:00 to 22:00. The Electronic Corner runs later on Friday and Saturday.
All of them are marked on the site map. Toilets sit at four points across the grounds, one of them step-free; first aid and the info point are both near the Main Square Stage.
Two free drinking water stations on the grounds, marked on the site map. Bring a bottle and refill it.
The festival goes ahead in almost any weather. Only lightning or high winds can stop a stage — in that case we announce it on the site and on the screens next to each stage.
The squares and main routes are level and paved. The south entrance is step-free, and there is a step-free toilet in the southern part of the grounds.
Yes, at the Main Square Stage. The other stages keep a clear area at the front instead. No booking needed — speak to a steward when you arrive.
At the opening ceremony and at the Sunday afternoon programme on the Family & Community Stage. The times are marked in the programme.
Ten food areas across the grounds, from barbecue and street food to a fully vegan garden. Every stand lists its menu on its own page, with allergens and vegetarian and vegan dishes marked.
Small amounts for your own use are fine. Glass bottles are not permitted anywhere on the grounds.
All drinks are served in reusable cups with a two euro deposit. Return the cup at any bar — not necessarily the one you got it from.
Glass, fireworks, drones, weapons of any kind, and large bags over 30 by 40 centimetres. Bags are checked at the entrances.
We would rather you did not. Crowds, heat and sustained noise are hard on animals, and there is no quiet place to retreat to on the grounds. Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere.
Stewards in high-visibility vests are spread across the grounds, and police and fire service share an operations room on site. First aid is next to the Main Square Stage and staffed around the clock.
The Family & Community Stage runs a programme of its own all weekend, and the surrounding area stays quieter than the rest of the grounds. Children under 14 get in with an adult.
