This is a demonstration site. It is not operated commercially and the text below is a sketch of the structure such a page needs, not a legal document.

Who is responsible

What this site collects

Server log files. Each page view writes the requesting IP address, the time, the page and the browser to a log file. This is technically necessary and the entries are deleted after seven days.

Ticket and volunteer bookings. Name, e-mail address and what was booked. Needed to issue the ticket or to plan the shift, kept for as long as tax law requires and then deleted.

Cookies. One session cookie for the booking basket, and one that remembers whether you chose the light or the dark colour scheme. Neither is used to track anyone. There is no analytics on this site and no advertising network.

Maps

The site plan and the stage map are drawn with OpenStreetMap tiles, which means your browser requests those images from an OpenStreetMap server and that server sees your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have its processing restricted, receive a copy, and object to processing. Write to the address in the imprint. You can also complain to a data protection authority.

For anyone using this as a template: a real privacy notice has to describe what your installation actually does — every plugin, every embedded service, every form. This text names only what this demonstration does. Have a lawyer look at yours.
