Ten food and drink stands across five zones, chosen once a year. We are looking for people who cook rather than reheat, and who are happy to work with our crockery system.
What we ask
At least one vegan and one vegetarian dish on the board. Half your ingredients from within a hundred kilometres, and you tell us where they come from. Reusable plates and cups only — we provide them, wash them and take them back. Prices agreed with us in advance and visible from two metres.
What you get
A pitch of four by three metres, power, water, a waste connection and a share of about forty thousand visitors over three days. A fee rather than a percentage, so your margin is yours. Your stand gets a page in our food and drinks section with your own menu.
How to apply
Applications open in January and close at the end of February. Send us what you cook, two photographs of your stand, your licence and your prices. We answer everyone by the middle of March, including the noes.
Ten stands means we turn down more people than we take. If it is a no, it is usually because we already have something similar — try again the year after, it often works.
Apply for a stand
Tell us what you cook or sell, how big your stand is and what power you need. A menu or a photo of your stall helps us more than a long description.
